For all of you that didn't come out last Sunday 11 April - you missed an awesome time. HILLBILLY took care of registration at Frank's Truck Stop and I (ICEMAN) headed to Bennets Creek Park at sunrise. We secured a pavilion that had all the facilities we needed for a great cookout. POBOY lead the 12 Bikes that rode an hour and a half loop thru Windsor and Smithfield VA and back to the park. We ate hamburgers and dogs, chips, beans, etc. and fun was had by all. The array of door prizes was vast and the 50/50 was won by a true biker who tossed his winnings back into the pot. All in all we earned $311.00 for the Wounded Warrior Project. Frank's Truck Stop also said they would make a $100.00 donation toward the WWP also. Basically, it was a great day.
Special THANKS goes out to SHOP RAG and WAYNE and POBOY for actually riding their bikes. Thank you HILLBILLY, SMILEY, PSYCHO and even our hang-around JON for all your help.
